Zyrtarët e INPO-s, znj. Leorentë Alija dhe znj. Ebru Zborça më datë 27.10.2023 kanë mbajtur takim me nënkryetarin e Komunës së Mitrovicës së Jugut z. Arian Tahiri dhe Kryesuesen e Kuvendit Komunal znj. Vesa Broja.

Në takim u diskutuan të gjeturat për komunën e Mitrovicës së Jugut, gjithashtu u prezantua edhe doracaku “5 hapa për konsultime publike të suksesshme” dhe gjetjet e tjera rreth procesit të hartimit të buxhetit komunal me pjesëmarrje, me qëllim që komuna të ketë më të lehtë komunikimin me qytetarët dhe të adresoj sfidat e sigurimit të pjesëmarrjes së qytetarëve dhe grupeve të interesit, në konsultime publike.

INPO falenderon z. Tahiri dhe znj. Broja për pritjen dhe diskutimet e frytshme, si dhe shpreson në bashkëpunim të vazhdueshëm me autoritetet komunale në ngritjen e standardit të shërbimeve komunale me qytetarë.

Ms. Leorentë Alija and Ms. Ebru Zborça officials of INPO organisation, had a meeting with the vice mayor of the Municipality of South Mitrovica Mr. Arian Tahiri and the speaker of the Municipal Assembly, Ms. Vesa Broja.

In this meeting, were discussed the findings for the municipality of South Mitrovica and the handbook “5 steps for successful public consultations” and other findings about the participatory municipal budget drafting process were also presented, in order for the municipality to have an easier communication with citizens and address the challenges of ensuring the participation of citizens and interest groups in public consultations.

INPO thanks Mr. Tahiri and Ms. Broja for the reception and will to discuss such topics in the future, as it also hopes that Municipality of South Mitrovica will raise the standard of municipal services for citizens.
