INPO mbanë takim me nënkryetarin e Komunës së Prizrenit, z.Kujtim Gashi dhe Kryesuesen e Kuvendit të Komunës znj. Antigona Bytyqi

Znj. Ebru Zborca dhe z.Valmir Ilazi, zyrtarë të organizatës INPO kanë mbajtur takim me nënkryetarin e Komunës së Prizrenit, z.Kujtim Gashi dhe Kryesuesen e Kuvendit të Komunës znj. Antigona Bytyqi.

Në takim u diskutuan të gjeturat për komunën e Prizrenit në raportin e monitorimit “Anulimi i Prokurimit, domosdoshmëri apo keqmenaxhim”. Adresimi i rekomandimeve dhe bashkëpunimi për të përmirësuar prokurimin publik ishin tema të cilat dominuan diskutimin dhe zyrtarët e komunës u shprehën të gatshëm të kontribuojnë sipas kompetencës së tyre.

Gjithashtu gjatë këtij takimi u prezantua edhe doracaku “5 hapa për konsultime publike të suksesshme” dhe gjetjet rreth procesit të hartimit të buxhetit komunal me pjesëmarrje, me qëllim që komuna të ketë më të lehtë komunikimin me qytetarët dhe të adresoj sfidat e sigurimit të pjesëmarrjes së qytetarëve dhe grupeve të interesit, në konsultime publike.

INPO falenderon z.Kujtim Gashi dhe znj. Antigona Bytyqi për pritjen dhe diskutimet e frytshme, si dhe shpreson në bashkëpunim të vazhdueshëm me autoritetet komunale në ngritjen e standardit të shërbimeve komunale me qytetarë.

Ms. Ebru Zborça and Mr. Valmir Ilazi, officials of INPO organisation, had a meeting with the vice mayor of the Municipality of Prizren Mr. Kujtim Gashi and the speaker of the Municipal Assembly, Mrs. Antigona Bytyqi.

They discussed the findings for the Municipality of Prizren in the monitoring report “Cancellation of Procurement; necessity or mismanagement”. Addressing the recommendations and collaboration for better public procurement dominated the discussions. The Municipality of Prizren officials expressed their will to contribute with their competence.

Our officials presented to them the handbook “5 steps for successful public consultations” and findings during the process of drafting the municipal budget with public participations, in order that the local government to have it easier to address issues with the interest groups through the public consultations.

INPO thanks Mr. Kujtim Gashi and Mrs. Antigona Bytyqi for their reception and will to discuss such topics in the future, as it also hopes that Municipality of Prizren will raise the standard of municipal services for citizens.
