Znj. Leorentë Alija dhe znj. Ebru Zborça po vazhdojn ciklin e takimeve në komuna.

Takimi u zhvilluar me nënkryetarin e Komunës së Gjakovës z. Flamur Fetahaj dhe Kryesuesen e Kuvendit të Komunës znj. Arbnesha Kuqi.

Në takim u diskutuan të gjeturat për komunën e Gjakovës në raportin e monitorimit “Anulimi i Prokurimit, domosdoshmëri apo keqmenaxhim”. Adresimi i rekomandimeve dhe bashkëpunimi për të përmirësuar prokurimin publik ishin tema të cilat dominuan diskutimin dhe zyrtarët e komunës u shprehën të gatshëm të kontribuojnë sipas kompetencës së tyre.

Gjithashtu gjatë këtij takimi u prezantua edhe doracaku “5 hapa për konsultime publike të suksesshme” dhe gjetjet rreth procesit të hartimit të buxhetit komunal me pjesëmarrje, me qëllim që komuna të ketë më të lehtë komunikimin me qytetarët dhe të adresoj sfidat e sigurimit të pjesëmarrjes së qytetarëve dhe grupeve të interesit, në konsultime publike.

INPO falenderon z. Flamur Fetahaj dhe znj. Arbnesha Kuqi për pritjen dhe diskutimet e frytshme, si dhe shpreson në bashkëpunim të vazhdueshëm me autoritetet komunale në ngritjen e standardit të shërbimeve komunale me qytetarë.

Mrs. Leorentë Alija and Mrs. Ebru Zborça are continuing the cycle of meetings in municipalities.

The meeting was held with the Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Gjakova, Mr. Flamur Fetahaj and the Speaker of the Municipal Assembly, Mrs. Arbnesha Kuqi.

In the meeting, the findings for the municipality of Gjakova in the monitoring report “Cancellation of Procurement, necessity or mismanagement” were discussed. Addressing recommendations and cooperation to improve public procurement were topics that dominated the discussion and the municipal officials expressed their willingness to contribute according to their competence.

Also during this meeting, the handbook “5 steps for successful public consultations” and the findings about the process of drawing up the municipal budget with participation were presented, in order for the municipality to have easier communication with the citizens and to address the challenges of ensuring the participation of citizens and interest groups, in public consultations.
