Zyrtarët e INPO-s, mbajnë takim me nënkryetarin e Komunës së Prishtinës dhe Kryesuesin e Kuvendit Komunal

Në këtë takim u diskutuan sfidat e shumta me të cilat është duke u përballur qeverisja komunale përfshirë edhe reagimin e INPO-s sa i përket hartimit të buxhetit të Komunes së Prishtinës. Lidhur me këtë çështje nënkryetari dhe kryesuesi vlerësuan se obligimin ligjor dhe procedural të ngritur nga INPO për mbajtjen e dëgjimeve publike, Kuvendi Komunal i Prishtinës do ta ndjekë në vitet tjera vijuese.

Ndër të tjerash në këtë takim është diskutuar edhe për të gjeturat për komunën e Prishtinës në raportin e monitorimit “Anulimi i Prokurimit, domosdoshmëri apo keqmenaxhim”. Adresimi i rekomandimeve dhe bashkëpunimi për të përmirësuar prokurimin publik ishin tema të cilat dominuan diskutimin dhe zyrtarët e komunës u shprehën të gatshëm të kontribuojnë sipas kompetencës së tyre.

Gjithashtu, gjatë këtij takimi u prezantua edhe doracaku “5 hapa për konsultime publike të suksesshme” me qëllim që komuna të ketë më të lehtë komunikimin me qytetarët dhe të adresoj sfidat e sigurimit të pjesëmarrjes së qytetarëve dhe grupeve të interesit, në konsultime publike.

INPO falenderon z. Alban Zogaj dhe z. Pellumb Bajqinovcin për pritjen dhe diskutimet e frytshme, si dhe shpreson në bashkëpunim të vazhdueshëm me autoritetet komunale në ngritjen e standardit të shërbimeve komunale me qytetarë.

Ms. Leorenta Alija and Mr. Valmir Ilazi officials of INPO organisation, had a meeting with the vice mayor of the Municipality of Pristina Mr. Alban Zogaj and the speaker of the Municipal Assembly, Mr. Pëllumb Bajqinovci.

In this meeting, the many challenges that the municipal government is facing were discussed, including INPOs response regarding the drafting of the budget of the Municipality of Pristina. Regarding this issue, the vice-president and the chairman assessed that the legal and procedural obligation raised by INPO for holding public hearings, the Municipal Assembly of Pristina will follow in the next years.

Among other things, they discussed monitoring report “Cancellation of Procurement; necessity or mismanagement”. Addressing the recommendations and collaboration for better public procurement dominated the discussions. The Municipality of Pristina officials expressed their will to contribute with their competence.

INPO thanks Mr. Zogaj and Mr. Bajqinovci for the reception and will to discuss such topics in the future, as it also hopes that Municipality of Prishtina will raise the standard of municipal services for citizens.
