Dear Mr. Ambassador,
On behalf of INPO and all the people that work at our organizations, please accept our condolences and deepest sympathy for the people of Norway and the victims of the terrorist tragedy that occurred few days ago in Norway.
We feel shocked that such a negative act of terror could happen to a nation that spreads the values of tolerance, mutual understanding, democracy and human rights. Nevertheless, we believe that the Norwegian people and the Norwegian Government will find its strength and courage to continue forward as one of the most democratic and peaceful countries in Europe.
We at INPO and the entire society of Kosovo are very thankful for all the contribution and help the Norwegian Government has provided for Kosovo in creating a functional democracy and a successful state.
